Naff is not particularly good. It has connotations of incompetence, poor taste, being boring.
Natty is smart, sharply dressed.
A budgie is a budgerigah, melopsittacus undulatus,a small Australian parrot. It is a very popular cage bird in the UK. In Australia "budgie smugglers" are speedo swimming trunks.
Camp is not just gay or homosexual. It is outrageously theatrical, often effeminate.
Huzzah! is a variation of Hoorah!

Naff: rubbish, not good.
Camp: gay, homosexual (of the limp-wristed variety)
Natty: smart, sharp, well-dressed.
Huzza and budgie: never heard of them (Budgie is a bird like a canary but I take it this isn't what you mean)
