Naff is not particularly good. It has connotations of incompetence, poor taste, being boring.
Natty is smart, sharply dressed.
A budgie is a budgerigah, melopsittacus undulatus,a small Australian parrot. It is a very popular cage bird in the UK. In Australia "budgie smugglers" are speedo swimming trunks.
Camp is not just gay or homosexual. It is outrageously theatrical, often effeminate.

naff - Chiefly British Slang
camp - a place where an army or other group of persons or an individual is lodged in a tent or tents or other temporary means of shelter.
natty - neatly or trimly smart in dress or appearance
huzza - used as an exclamation of joy, applause, appreciation, etc,. hurrah!
budgie - informal
