drink lots of water, if you drink at least 2 litres a day, you should see a difference of some sort in about 4 days. It may not get rid of your acne, but you should have less and it should improve the tone of your skin by getting rid of redness. Also eat oily fish such as tuna, or salmon. I hate fish, but if you have one portion per day for around 4 days, again you should see a difference.

Also try green tea.

If you want to get rid of pimples there are a lot of of things you can do. Drink organic Apple Cider vinegar(2-3 teaspoons a day mixed with water),Hydrogen peroxide(from the drug store) works really good, just take a cotton pad and pass it over the area(I have personally done this and it just makes blemishes dissapear!)Drinking Water is very important, at least 64 ounces a day. If you want more help go to earthclinic.com.

eat foods that are high in zinc, or take zinc supplements. Zinc is an essential mineral used for wound healing and the normal oil gland function of the skin. It is also involved in the maintenance of vitamin A levels, transport and usage; for protein synthesis, (particularly collagen synthesis); and to help maintain hormonal balance.

The best approach is to adopt a healthy well balanced diet high in fibre, filtered water and fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid refined or processed foods, sugars and high-fat foods.

Regular exercise is great for your skin, as it improves your circulation and aids in the removal of toxins. Try brisk walking, jogging swimming or any active sport 3 - 4 times per week.

try salt as a spot treatment. Place a small amount of salt into your palm. Dip a finger in some water and add to the salt to make a paste-consistency. Dab onto pimple and leave for 10 minutes. It should help dry it out.

I don't know if it works but I used lemon juice, put on a cotton ball; and rub over your face, after you wash it with Ivory soap.

pimples come from stress and candy so try to avoid the candy! and try to relax! Also cleanse daily with a body wash of a relaxing scent.
