Why are you a racist? Why do you see other people as inferior to yourself?

And to ex racists: what made you realise that racism is not worth it and wont get you anywhere? Did some one or something caused you to change your attitude?

Ex Teenage Racist here.

As a teenager i liked to portray myself as a racist, I dont know why because I had black and mixed race friends. i guess i was trying to big my ego up to my older friends. The fact that I once shouted out smash the fooking Pakis out of the bus window and was threatend by 3 older didnt alter my ego either as I smashed the living daylights out of all 3 the following days. I was extremley proud that I had just brayed 3 "Pakis" and that none of them or their buddys would Fook with me again.
But as i turned into a man 18+ and grew away from my older school friends and began mixing with anybody and everybody I realised that nobody was perfect and no matter what colour somebody is they should be given the same amount of respect as you would expect to recieve.
I am not racist anymore and am very ashamed of my past, I would never slip into them ways again. I respect everybody no matter what colour, religion or background, exept for the obvious scum amongst us.
Racists are the true scum of this earth and i can say, if any white racist is every seriously injured and needs life saving medical attention they would not turn a black or Asian medical professional away. This proves that they are not actually racist, but are only bigging up there ego the there pals.

So there you go, thats my story for you, Hope you dont hate me for my past.

You must be very naive, and a hypocrite, to act like you don't have a shred of racism. We all have a degree of racism. It's natural to have a preference for one's own race. Do some self-examination before you go professing to be something you're not.

This is an extremely trivial question that will caus you to aimlessly tear yourself apart trying to solve. The truth is, racists will spit the same hate at you over and over again. 100% of the time they will not be able to support their reasons in any coherant manner. And that is because it just doesn't make sense. Just know who you are and make different choices. Get to know your neighbor :-)

I don't think any racist will admit to being racist. I'm not racist and never have been. People make fun of me because of the place I'm from and my accent, but I don't care really. = )

Im all racist, I HATE JEWS, ENGLISH (love mexicans for some reason though), MORMONS, and BLACKS. I have many reasons to hate all of them and some are good others not, it would take all day to explain that. Stereotypes get the best of me
