When I'm having my cycle, during the first day my foot always feels a little numb and un-comfortable. Does anybody else have this problem? I'm thinking it's water retention but I'm not too sure.

Thanks

Numb hands or feet should always be brought to your doctor's attention. Do you have a history of high blood sugar? Does anyone in your family have diabetes? It's not a bad idea that you have an annual blood test to check for basics. I wonder if you have an increased sugar comsumption before your period that maybe contributing to your blood sugar spike hence the numb foot. Do get a regular blood test to find possible cause. Your circulation is your most important function and anything related to it, should be checked out.
Good luck.
