I don't have a boyfriend, but there is a song called "Hate (I really don't like you)" by the Plain White T's. That might get your frustration out if you're mad at your boyfriend.

Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill is really great. Even Kelly Clarkson's Breakaway. Beyonce's Dangerously In Love has some really good "I'm so not feeling my boyfriend right now" songs. My bf pisses me off sometimes too. I hope this helps you.
