If you have the money, hire a lawyer, unless you have harmed them, she cannot keep you away from your daughter. Are you paying chil support?, if so they can be tracked from where the payments are sent. Also the SSI, office would have a record of where she works, if she does not work, but recieves benifits, they would have a record of her location, this would be a good source, because if she is getting any kind of goverment help, and has not contacted you for child support, the goverment eventually goes after fathers to pay back the money, (if she has applied for any kind of assistance, they ask the mother to name the childs father, so this would be the best place to start, local social security office is in the yellow papers, bring any documents you have, birth certifcates, marriage/devorce papers, last known address, good luck, there is always a way to track some one down, even if you cannot hire a lawyer, also you might call local fathers rights organizations for legal help at little, or no cost.
