Where to start an IT career with no experience?

So I have the necessary education and cerrtification to start an IT career, but I dont have experience? Where do i got from here? Employers mostly hire people with experience, even an entry level. so how do I gain one?

One possibility is to be an intern for a year and gain experience.

You will probably have to take a lower paying job than you would like just to get the experience.I had to do just that 22 yrs. ago.
