Iraqis were happy when thier troops arrived home after invading and plndering Kuait. Although they stole so much including oil (as the US did) they did not desecrate family or religion while on thier destructive raid.

Why is the US so immoral in this regard, and what do we benefit by destroying Iraqis religion?

further details OK - The majority of Afghanis and Iraqis believe thier religious leaders, it is obvious why... For them to believe that some agapic US force is there spending blood and treasure unselfishly help them is unthinkable. When Iraq invaded Kuwait, Saddam was a hero, because troops returned with plundered goods... loot! They see Americans as the worst invaders because not only do we want thier territory and oil, we are robbing Muslim Iraqis of thier religion and thier family honor... (i.e. by desecrating the Koran, humiliating men sexually etc.)

It is a scandal for women to contradict men in parlemetary proceedures (such as the ones we imposed on Afghanistan) it causes widespread resentiment...

do we do this because we are ethnocentric and dumb or because we are evil?

I think the latter is correct.

this is why we need to end it over there, and regain our own moral direction.

back, exclusivity. they are for sure no longer fascinated in loving, devoted couples enjoying an identical governmental reward of marriage as they do. The fake premise that exact same-intercourse marriage might "redefine" or "smash" marriage is a final-ditch attempt to implement their ideals and bigotry at something of the inhabitants. 2 human beings beings that love one yet another and dedicate to spending their lives at the same time = marriage. Who provides a crap if that's a guy and female or any combination of the two? If procreation have been the only purpose for marriage, then why are not at the instant couples required to submit to fertility checking out previous to being issued a marriage license? simply by fact it particularly is not the case, the argument that gay couples can't be married simply by fact they can't have little ones is thoroughly ludicrous and shows the ignorant hatred of the non secular bigots. The declare is made strictly from an apathetic "for the Bible advised me so" view.

What are you talking about? The US does not need Iraqi oil and the Iraqis are destroying their own religion. Have you not seen in the news how Iraqi and foreign Muslim murder bombers put explosives in cars and blow up Innocent men, women, and children including students? How they have no respect for their own religious shrines blowing them up or hiding in and attacking from them? How they attack even the people who come to aid and rescue the injured? All of these actions are disgusting and show a total lack of moral fiber which reflects on their religion in a very bad way.

Unfortunately the decisions and acts of ONE result in the views of the "US". Remember, the entire US is not "so immoral". And those that serve don't have a choice. They obligated to follow the orders of the officers who are appointed over them (who in turn follow the orders that come down from the commander in chief).

You are right. We benefit nothing by "destroying Iraqis religion" (although I don't think that's the correct way to put it, either, but to answer your question - either way I agree).

WHAT!

no they didn't destroy religion or families.. they simply murdered, looted, plundered and raped an independent nation!

see unlike your apparently beloved Saddam, the us is working on fixing the damage it had done in the war, they are repairing the infrastructure and trying to get Iraq back on it's feet.

but you don't care about little points like that.

go back to your little world where you honor murder's a thieves. let the rest of the world actually work to accomplish something.

Add on: me wake up? are you saying that Saddam didn't have his people rape murder and pillage a free and independent country?

are you saying that there is no work being done to fix Iraq?

only person that needs to wake up is you, from those pot induced hallucinations you seem to be in.

But I don't think you live in reality anyhow. you live in that bitter little world, in a bitter little basement with your bitter little thoughts.

hey i Know provide some proof to you argument, like i don't know.... FACTS.

till then I only really see one bitter angry little fool of a man, guess what? He asked the asinine question.

I was not aware that the US was destroying the families and religion of Iraqis. Please explain.

My understanding is that they now occupy the country with the approval of the 'Iraqi government. Some troops have committed wanton acts of violence and there has been some unnecessary violence. This happens in all wars and is truly regrettable.

I'm open minded on the issue. Please provide further details.

you need to do more research. i dont know where you get this info, but you're wrong. of course iraqis were happy when they arrived home, they just plundered the riches of another country. the U.S. didnt steal oil, but infact Iraq did by slant drilling across the border, despite their claims of Kuwait doing just that.

basically what you are saying is that, for example it would be okay if say, Canada was to come across our borders and steal money and riches, as long as they didnt desecrate family and religion. would you allow for this to happen? or would you look for help to go fight those who stole your belongings? dont be stupid

Um, we might "desecrate" their religion, but it is wrong to put down women. We are not telling the women to "speak out" all the time, we are giving them a chance to.

We don't.

I don't deny families have died due to what we are doing. I don't believe it's any worse than under Saddam so that hardly qualifies as "finding it necessary".

How are we destroying their religion? In what way? Can you give me any examples?
