I know the homemade jam should be in the fridge, but i mean the store crap that is probably good until the end of the world?

ACTUALLY, home made jams and jellies last longer than store bought if they are taken care of after opening, while store bought usually tend to turn into rock after they are opened and then forgotten. I'd rather have a couple dozen jars of Gramma's home made berry preserves in my cupboard than the garbage they sell in the stores....
