Not to put you down, but you have to realize that abusing your body has negative effects that can be far reaching. Ask the doctor and if he says everything is OK, you will have to work at the body you want to have. Weight training, cardio and proper nutrtion will deliver results you can live with.

Well, that really depends on your age.
It sounds like your body has gone into starvation mode, storing fat around vital organs. I'm sure that it will eventually reverse itself so long as you eat normally.
But honestly, I'm no doctor. Speak to one.

your hormones could be out of whack, and it depends on what you are eating. you need to have your primary doc know where you've been/coming from and what your goals are.
you need to be monitored closely as far as being able to know what are the best foods for a recoverer to eat and when/how/what
