Throughout my pregnancy everyone said I will have a boy by the shape of my stomach, but it turned out to be a wonderful girl. From what I heard if a stomach looks like a balloon (big, round, really visible) it’s a boy. If a stomach looks like a melon (low, not as round and not sticking out too much from the sides and not as visible from the back )it’s a girl. An ultrasound at about 4 month can tell you for sure. But guessing is fun too, make sure to buy enough unisex clothing.

My father has an uncanny ability to "guess" the gender.
His secret?
The shape of the mom's tummy. In dad's opinion, the girlsl generally shape the tummy "tall and close" while the boys make the tummy "round and out there".
Dad's been wrong twice that I know of... and right at least 100 more times. He might just be lucky too.

The scientific answer is now, but when a women has a small belly it is a boy. And when a women is swollen and her belly is big it is a girl.

not how big, but some people believe the shape is a hint.
if the abdomen of the mom has more of a lump then more rounded it might be a girl. but thats only a belief

doubtful. I think it is an oldwives tale. THe only real way to check is with an ultrasound (or wait until the baby is born)
