Hardly. We have biting winds, dry winds, hoar frost winds, blustery winds, sandstorm winds, firestorm winds, sleet rain winds, even political winds and windblown frogs. The list is too long.

No, it always differs, even second to second, in direction, speed, strength, size, shape, humidity, salinity and other contents too. Even the gases that make up that wind can be different.
