There is a stinging pain coming from my left index finger. When I bend it it hurts even more. I dont think its sprained or broken. I dont know where this sudden irritation is coming from. It started to bother me about lunchtime today. What do you think could be wrong and will it go away soon? Thanks!

Well i have the same thing happen to me and i wasnt sure wat it was. my mum is an orthapeodic nurse so she said that i should put some ice on it for a while then she taped my finger to the finger next to it it still hurt to bend but less because there was less mobility. after a few days the pain just stopped so i would suggest that you try that and see if it helps at all. Hope you feel better soon

Did you jam it on something? If it still hurts this bad tomarrow you may want to get an x-ray.
