Include these in your diet: broccoli, raw cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, green vegetables, liver, squash, sunflower seeds & watercress. Eliminate sugar and white flour.

If you smoke, supplement with vitamin C & bioflavinoids.

Tomatoes, Cantaloupes, Watermelon, Peaches, Kiwi, Oranges, Blackberries, Sweet potato, Kale, Carrots, Spinach, Avocado, Broccoli, Peas, Asparagus, Squash - summer, Green Pepper, Pistachios, Chestnuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Pecans, Pine Nuts/Pignolias, Sunflower Seeds, Almonds, Filberts/Hazelnuts.

Any food rich in Vitamin A. This is, as another answerer said, the orange food group. Carrots etc. Vitamin A deficiency leads to impaired night vision.

Myth: Eating carrots will improve your vision.
Fact: Carrots are high in Vitamin A, which is important for a balanced diet. Eating carrots or other foods high in Vitamin A will not improve your vision. Taking large amounts of Vitamin A can be very harmful. People that do not eat a balanced diet can develop vision problems along with other problems as they age.
No food will improve eye sight .Do make sure your getting the proper vitamins/minerials.

As they say carrot, but it is saying & not proved to be useful for improving vision, try vit.B & eat a balanced diet ful of vegtables & greenery
