5(T + 6) - 7T = 32

First: eliminate the parenthesis > multiply the outer term with the inner terms...

5(T) + 5(6) - 7T = 32
5T + 30 - 7T = 32
- 2T + 30 = 32

Sec: subtract 30 from both sides...

- 2T + 30 - 30 = 32 - 30
- 2T = 2

Third: solve for "T" by isolating it on one side > divide both sides by - 2...

- 2T/-2 = 2/-2
T = - 1
