I got my black and silver striped angelfish when he was a baby 2 years ago. He's been in a 10 gallon tank (by himself, no other fish) and got to be about 4 inches diameter. Since this fish can grow a bit bigger, is it too late for him to get any bigger if I transfer him to a 30 gallon tank I just got for xmas?? Also, what would happen if I added a few other fish? What breed or variety would work best with the angelfish, if any?

The fish will get bigger. Feed a high protein food like Cichlid pellets or shrimp.

No it's not too late.

Google Angel fish and visit a good cichlid website like www.cichlid-forum.com. You'll find plenty of tankmate recommendations and lots of other information too.
