Can anyone tell me if Trimspa really works and if there are any side effects that I should be concerned about

I have been taking trimspa, and it doesn't really do anything. Trust me, I am the diet queen, lol, but I'm not fat, 120lbs, 5'6, but it gets stuck in your throat, gots to drink lots of water, and it makes you feel kinda sick. I wouldn't recommend it. Spend your money on something that works. Like slimfast. mmm.
