Yes you can, but you will have to have your parents present in some states of the US, for them to sign it in agreement. Otherwise there are Child Labor Laws which may apply. Call your local court house & ask them sweetie.

Ask your school counselor. You may need permission from the school to get a work permit.

it's going to be hard to find an employer to hire someone that is 15. mostly i think it is an insurance thing.
if you are rural most canning co's will hire for detasseling and farm work.
city, probably things like dishwashing or bussing tables
