I was wondering what was the legal minimum age that you could start a business.
I am not sure whether starting a big business or a small business will affect the age.
I am looking for the minimum legal age to start your own bussiness.
Or if you can be at any age to start your own legal business.

It varies from state to state. 16 is the youngest age I have seen. The problem is that some one under 21 can't be legally bound for signing contracts in most states.

There no legal age, but if you're under 18 you have to have a legal agent. A legal agent can be anyone over 18

I don't think you have to be a legal age just need to have a business license and if not of age to get one you could start by getting you some gum or candy machines and putting them in some churches, business, or office of some people you know.

To start your own business can be any age providing you have a good credit rating.
