Sorry, this question is a good one since none of us can prove that we are here and not some delusion of someone elses or (because I like star trek) some program running on some holodeck somewhere.
There is a phrase out there that says 'I think therfore I am', this is not quite right, it sould be ' I think therefore I think I am'.
Sorry again, I have no proff of my existance except this post.
