Feet are units of length. Cubic feet are units of volume.

If you have a rectangular box with lengths of 2 ft. x 3 ft. x 4 ft. it would be 24 cubic ft.

If you have lengths of 1 ft. x 1 ft. x 1 ft. it would be 1 cubic ft.

So it all depends and there isn't a direct relationship between feet (measure of length) and cubic feet (measure of volume) unless you mean the formula for volume:

Volume = width x length x height
