I was random drug tested because someone said I was using drugs. My test was negative but I have continued to be persecuted.

The hospital faxed my drug results ( yes they were negative) to the minnesota nurses association with my name, pt id, and ss # on them. That alone is a hipaa violation. Also, when I was tested, the HR representative walked me to the lab where I work and asked several of my coworkers who was doing my drug testing. Now they want me to sign a return to work agreement that states I will continue to have drug testing and restrictions at work. I had to be assessed by a CD counselor and he even wrote a letter to the hospital stating I had no chemical dependency issues and it was against my rights to continue drug testing me and restricting parts of my job.

Being in a job where I have random drug testing aslo, I'm guessing you pretty much probably signed away any rights to refuse or question reasons as to why your currently being drug tested.

But never-the-less, if you think you have a case or libel suit, you should contact a laywer and most likely your consultation would be free. If you are part of a union, you should go that route if you feel you are being discrimated against, and they would supply you with a laywer.
Talking to a professional is the only way to go.

Good Luck
