These guys are all wrong. Limb lengthening is done by basically breaking a bone in half and then slowly moving it 1/2cm at a time and letting new bone grow and fill in the gap and new tissue. It's a long process and takes like 2 months per cm.

The recommended max length is 7cm PER BONE. The max done has been 12cm. But the more you go, the weaker you get. With 7cm everything stays pretty strong, you only lose about 5% of your bone strength.

Now notice where it said 7cm per bone. Your legs have two bones. So you can extend your overall height by 14cm safely, which equals about 5.5 inches. So if you are 5'8" now, you could be 6'1".

Downsides to this? First, the length you gain is all leg length, not torso length. So your inseam just got a whole lot bigger. Also doesnt help your stability. Second, it's a very painful and long process and good luck finding a doctor to do it to a healthy male. It's usually only used for injured / disabled people. And third, if you can find a doctor who will do it, expect to pay about $35,000 per leg, or $70,000 for the entire process. It won't be covered by medical either unless you are below 4'2" and considered disabled.

To be tall in character is better than to be tall in stature.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!

Well there certainly isn’t “miracal pordcut”. Genetics plays a huge role in such circumstances. If there was a product for growth you already know about it because it would be publicized over and over again. good luck though-

You can somewhat adjust your weight but adjusting height is a very dangerous operation. You have to get surgery performed on you. It's like they stretch your body or something.

Limb-lengthening will make you maximum 7-9cm taller. It is a long, arduous and extremely painful process. Learn to love who you are.
