So my guy and I deceided that we wouldn't over do it this Valentine's Day....afterall it is a Hallmark Holiday. So we set a random budget of seven dollars....just to see what we could come up with-if anything it's made the whole gift giving thing more interesting and fun to try to accomplish....your ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanx!!!

Make cookies or cake. Something thoughtful. Last year I made my boyfriend a puzzle by buying heavy card stock, gluing on a picture, decoupaging it, and then cutting the pieces with an exacto. Just try and be thoughtful.

How about you buy pretty paper and glitter and decorate them, write on them different favours you are willing to do for him, then wrap it with ribbon, and give it to him and each day for say 1 week he can pull out a card and ask you to do that favour for him. Make sure you write down what you are comfrotable with.
EG: will give you a massage, other things I can't mention here but I'm sure you get the idea. V day may be for 1 day but It shouldn't matter if it extends to 1 week, or he can keep a couple of the cupons and get them out when he wants. Maybe he can do the same for you. Have fun

Bake some special cookies to share together
Bake a cake
Make some chocolate candy
Frame a picture of yourself to give as a gift to him
Knit him a scarf
Make coupons redeemable for: massage, manicure, errand, hug, kiss, etc.
Make a book, and on each page write something you love about him: his smile, tilt of his head, etc. (what makes him special to you)

How about if you make up a crosword puzzle for him about your relationship? You could make up the clues and fill it in, or let him fill it in. You could frame the whole thing in a 5x7 frame, too. It would be sweet and meaningful and not expensive.
