The only way you can get it back is if you were running some kind of backup program like Norton Ghost when you cleared the browser history. If you weren't running any kind of backup software then you probably lost it.

Assuming you're running Windows, do a Google search for "display contents of index.dat". Index.dat files aren't typically cleared out when deleting your browser history, and they contain some of what you're probably looking for.

In most cases data is not 100% gone. you can use certain software to recover files that have been deleted. I have included a link to some freeware that can recover deleted files. The source I linked to is an article from www.windowsecurity.com, that gives alot of information on how to recover lost files.
