Have hot baths and don't have sex again until it's calmed down-and when you do make sure you are fully lubricated.

sounds like u should slow down for a while. u can still have sex without intercourse. make sure when u r well again u r very well lubricated and u have him wear a condom. first of all take an advil or ibprofen or tylenol to releive the pain and then i would put some ice in a cloth and put it done there to make the swelling go down and then if it doesnt go away in a couple days time to go and see the doc.

I also would suggest Ice or a cold wash cloth but also try ibuprofen as it is an antiinflamitory and will help w/ the swelling. Next time try to take it a bit easier. Good luck hun. I'm sorry everyone is being so hard on you. You will feel better in a day or so.

Take a nice hot bath, and take some tylenol or some ibruprofen. Hopefully the swelling goes down. If it doesn't soon, I would see a doctor. Especially if you are in a lot of pain. Wear loose clothing too.

Ice cubes in a cold wash cloth. Press against area. Will reduce swelling. Perhaps an acetaminophen.

You're just going to have to give it a rest for a while. But you can still please your boyfriend, and he'll probably be extremely grateful.

WHen you next have intercourse, make sure that you have a tube or bottle of lube available. It doesn't cost that much and it makes things much more comfortable.

If you weren't ready, then you shouldn't have did it. Sounds like your boyfriend isn't into foreplay. The next time tel him no if you aren't ready, so this doesn't happen again. Why would you do it if you weren't feeling ready. Part of maturity is saying what you want or do not want

i would suggest baby powder to avoid anymore chaffing, but if its dry, maybe some kind of moisturizer and then baby powder... i really think time is going to be the best healer in this situation.
