Showing your mom that you are responsible in other areas may soften her up a little. Do you get good grades in school? Have a babysitting job or something that helps you earn your own money? Also maybe if she knows that you are going out as part of a group for starters might make her feel better. Always being home on time and letting her know where you are are good first steps that you have taken. Try some of these other suggestions for a while and then sit own and talk with her again.

So, this is a tough one.
How are your communications with your mom? Do you actually talk or just argue all the time? Do you respect your mom?
Have any of your sisters been in trouble at early ages? Are you more "developed" than your siblings?
There are many factors which could affect your mom's behavior but ultimately you should just sit down and talk to her about it (in a civilized manner). Youmay be surprised at what being open and honest about your feelings can get you (again you must be very civilized and not get angry/upset when she shares her thoughts).
Young men/women today are groing up so much faster than the older generation (I see it and I'm only 33). This may be playing a part in your mom's decision making.
Just know this...she loves you very much and by being worried and setting rules she shows this. She's just trying to protect her baby.
Talk to her...
Marc

Mom knows what I (and other guys) are interested in...
Forgive mom for being overprotective, she wants you to have a wonderful life with all avenues open to you. Guys like me would try to have a physical relationship with you that could result in your pregnancy.
Me personally, I know how to take care of a woman (marriage, home, family thing) but kids your age don't.
Just being honest.

LOL, I accept as true with incursion. besides the undeniable fact that, do not sneak around. Ask your mom for a compromise (no hysterics or tantrums). while you're sneaking around and not trustworthy with your mom you're actually not in charge and hence not sufficiently previous. And if the guy is "allowing" you to sneak around with him too, what he's doing isn't too cool the two. Ask in case you may invite the boy over to observe a dvd, have pizza or something like that. possibly sticking to group outings, putting out on the mall with assorted acquaintances, the videos, little ones properties. in no way on my own. it fairly is inquiring for hassle.

Ask her if he can come to your house while she is at home to get to know him a couple of times. After that see if she will let you go out on a group date. in time she will be able to see if you are really ready to date or not.

you sound like the baby of the family, your mum is just babying you because your her last baby.
it depends how serious you are about dateing, if i was you, id just let her have her way and save the trouble and then when your older start dateing.
or you could sit down and convince her your not a baby anymore
