Watch one of the anime episodes where they say it.

Since foreigners cant really pronounce words like how they are even after hearing it.

It goes like this Ah-kat-su-khi

Ah-kah-tss-key... the u sound isn't sounded, it's blended between the s and the ke so it sounds like you're almost hissing the s making it sound long. Like you're rolling straight from the s into the k so Akatsuki is more like Akatsski. So Sasuke is like Sasske.

The thing with the u is that it is often silent as is i in some words (most conjugations of verbs) and depending on the letter in front it is slightly different in pronunciation - Sas-ke or A-kats-ki (the vowels in this case are spoken like lower case letter not as E but e).

the u in Sasuke isn't silent by the way. because its said fast it sounds as if its silence, but it isn't.
