x^2 y-yz+xy-xyz =y(x^2 - z + x - xz)
= y( x^2 + x - z - xz)
=y[x(x+1) - z(x+1)]
= y(x+1)(x-z)

First factor out y
y*(x^2-z+x-x*z)

the other factors by inspection

I saw that when x=z or x=-1, the equation yields a value of zero

y*(x+1)*(x-z)
