Well, you didn't mention what web browser you use, so i will assume you are using IE6 or IE7.
About your problem, probably it's caused by the Flash Player activeX, so you shall proceed as follows:
1. Uninstall Flash Player*
2. Reboot
3. Install Flash Player 9*
4. Enjoy ;)

Create a restore point, then go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab and click "Restore Defaults". Then close down and reopen your browser and see if that solves the problem.
