I'm growing my nails out and as soon as they get a certain length they break. I've heard of soaking them in gelitan and other methods, but what can I do to make them harder??

Gelatin does not work, nor does milk.

Some supplements can help, MSM, Biotin and Silica for starters.

I used a product from Sally Hansen's that has Biotin. It seems to help somewhat if you can remember to use ti twice a day.

i could play it risk-free and purely get a stunning colour on the drug keep. You in no way be attentive to what reaction the chemical components interior the sparkling NP and the different "element" could have and if it ought to reason irreversible harm on your nails. Pesimism isn't my cup of tea and that i often decide for the ambitious element of issues, yet i could permit this one bypass and get a Brucci =O) wish I helped!

I've heard that eating carrots and the like do the trick, but they certainly don't help mine XD Although give this link a try, they tell you a special mixture but I've never tried it so I don't know the turn-out: http://www.freepatentsonline.com/4871533.html

Good luck :)

what you need is a protein cream. what works really great is Healthy Hoof. it is an intensive protein treatment. you just rub the cream into your fingers daily. i actually use it. the brand is Gena laboratories. i know they have it at Folica.com. try it it is incredible. trust me.
