I use Vaseline Lip Therapy, it really works. It comes in cherry, too. I am in love with it. Your lips don't feel dry at all. Of course, drinking more water also works.

I know u said u don't want chap stick but they have a new one called all natural it has vitamin E, mango butter, and Shea butter and it taste different than the other ones, it is in a beige tube and i use it every day, it works very well, also u can use Vaseline before bed and in the morning i rub some on my lips then take a warm wet toothbrush and brush softly it is like exfoliating your lips then i put the chap stick or Vaseline. i also use this stuff by blistex it is called Lip Infusion and it also comes in cherry.

Make sure the lip conditioner you use is quick thick. I'd apply it before going to bed so you wake up with nice lips. Put it on before applying your lipstick/gloss.

My personal favourite is the Body Shop Lip Balm. It smells delicious, comes in a cute pot and is super conditioning.

If you want to make your lips extra soft, wet a face cloth with warm water and gently rub it over your lips every morning. That should soften them up.

Spread Vasaline on your lips and dampen the corner or a washcloth and massage lips with cloth. Then reapply vasaline. I use chapstick, and it works for me, but I have a friend with lip problems, and she always does what I said above. And she has super smooth lips. Hope I helped!

Mary Kay's lip balm is amazing! It's the only thing I have ever found that actually softens and moisturizes my lips (I've tried pretty much everything else from cheap to expensive). My husband even loves it! It's unscented and not flavored but it works wonders!

I use Smith's Rosebud Salve it comes in this cute tin with roses on it, they sell it at Sephora's for like $7 it leaves my lips really soft. I use the Mint one on my lips and the original on my hands.

Vaseline! I've been using it forever! You can mix it with lipstick or gloss or blusher to make different shades. It's cheap and the little pots are really handy for your handbag too.
