No she is NOT fake!
She is using self-control which PIGGY obviously doesn't know how to! By not being as b*tchy and vicious as PIGGY during the heated OXO-cube carnage, Shilpa demonstrated the acts of a civilised, self-respecting human being. She maintained her cool and didn't sink to PIGGY's level.
Piggy thinks that by saying anything that comes to your head and by farting and being filthy is a demonstration of being real- I think she's just a stupid-pig, OINK OINK!
