Does anyone know what country music group sang the song, "Iola, Can You Bring Me the Rain?" ?

Its an older country song. I had the cd back in 1995, but can't remember who sang it.

Great Plains sang this. Plus Picture of You (I got a picture of you with your hair falling down/it makes me cry I don't know why I keep it around) and Faster Gun. I worked as Music Director and midnight DJ at a country station at the time.
