I used to, but now I'm just like you might want to rethink that look. I'd rather hurt their feelings then have them going out into the world looking a mess.

No. I always tell the truth to the people I care about because I don't want them going out looking like THAT!

yes. There was no since in telling them b/c they weren't at home to change. I would hate to ruin someone else's night by making them feel self conscious all nite long.

Yes if it was something about their appearance they couldn't change.I'm honest if they ask about how clothes or hair look,but if they ask about their looks in general I have told them they look fine.
