I wash my face 2-3 times a day (well, sometimes I forget), wash my hair daily, and basically take good care of my skin. But, it never clears up all the way! I have a ton of acne in my t-zone and I don't want to spend a ton of money on Proactive and stuff. I really need help!

I know how you feel :( it's pretty much the worst feeling when you want to go out somewhere and you're embarassed that someone will notice. Can you go to a dermatologist and ask what they reccomend? I myself wasn't too impressed with the stuff mine gave me, but other people I know told me it worked wonders for them. It's called Solugel. I'm in Canada though, so if you're not, there may be another name for it. I'm using proactiv now though, and it's completely cleared up my face...so..if the dermatologist can't help you..i'd really reccomend you save up your money and buy some of that..it's well worth it, if acne is as annoying to you as it is to me.
Also..washing your face 3 times a day is not necessarily good for your skin..it can overdry it and possibly even make it worse...washing it once or twice a day is good though..just make sure its as soon as you wake up and before you go to bed..good luck!

YOU ARE WASHING TO MUCH Do you rub mud on yourself all day? You are stripping your skinn of natuarl oils, thus sending a signal for your body to produce more oil on your skin. You may have sensitive skin which is being aggrivated by all the washing, Once in the morning with water no soap, just a rinse and if you wear make-up use a ~gentle~ face wip-ee thing to remove make-up then rinse with water. Try baby wash or shampoo.
All the crap that they sell and advertisments just make your skin nuts so you' will have to buy more products.
Oily skin, (which you may or may not have), wrinkles way slower than other skin types, So, lucky you. personally, I would love to have oily skin, like that nice dewy glow

First of all, don't wash your face more than 2 times a day. Washing more than that will make your skin produce more oil, which isn't helpful at all.
You'll most likely grow out of it eventually. I have the same problem, but it's getting better. If you don't want to wait it out, I suggest seeing a dermatoligist. They can REALLY help because they know exactly what will work.

Omg i had the same problem, i always see proactiv commercials but i've never used it. I use Differen, it's prescription but it's AMAZING, i <3 it. It is not very expensive. It is the #1 topical acne cream in america. I totally recommend it.

i have the same prolem and i have tried everything too but i have found that there is this stuff here called acne free and another one called natures cure and i have tried them and they both work. the only reason i tried both was because i didnt think that one was gonna work but when the other one ran out i saw that both of them worked really good. and they r cheap also. they run from bout $8 to bout $16 depending on which one u get and how big it is and how much stuff it comes with.
good luck and hope this helps.
