id like to know if anyone knows or knows of a website that will tell me if kerosene heaters are legal for in home use, with proper ventilation, and safety in wisconsin.

I used a home kerosene heater for many years. I found it safe and thrifty, although, since I lived far out in the country it was aggravating to keep the proper amount of kerosene. I suggest 2-3 containers (blue). Your municipal building inspector will be able to answer your question. Just call the main # for the city, and ask that department.
