Indiana, mainly to get rid of Stephen Jackson so they can start rebuilding their image in Indiana and getting fans back in the arena; and Warriors, mainly to get rid of high price salaries. Warriors wouldn't have accepted Stephen Jackson unless Harrington comes in with the deal b/c Harrington was who the Warriors wanted a few years ago during free agency. Steve Kerr actually did a nice article on this issue.
