Burn a chocolate-scented candle....the smell of chocolate is good for memory when studying. If you play music, keep it soft. Baroque music (a type of classical) is actually the best music to study to. Keep the tv off. Allow yourself breaks every so often to stretch and relax. Get lots of sleep.

Go to a quiet place, and resist the temptation to listen to music. That'll make it harder to concentrate. Separate what you're studying into sections, summarize each, and study your summaries. It sinks in more if you write it down.

You need to find YOUR way of studying. What works for you?

For me I have to read, then highlight key points, then write out all the key points repeatedly.
This works for me.

wat i do is get someone to study with. someone that will keep me on track and not stray off to other subjects. forceurself to study an don't let ur mind wonder
