I am in my second year of menopause and am still suffering terrible effects: Night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, depression, and heaven help me, putting on weight without trying! I would like to know if anyone has had good results with bioidentical hormones (those gotten from a compounding pharmacy). I have taken the saliva tests and thyroid tests and am awaiting the results. What can I expect in the way of results? By the way, this is a FEMALE ONLY QUESTION AND A I WOULD APPRECIATE ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS FROM THOSE WITH EXPERIENCE WITH THIS. THANKS.

I hope someone who has experience answers....I just came across a website yesterday about bioidentical hormones (I've been having hormonal issues and am just going through the tests with my Dr...not in menopause so we're trying to figure out what's going on)......I'm sure that taking the bioidentical hormones would be beneficial and can't hurt to try. good luck!

Am I the in common words individual who would not study solutions by technique of those who don't have a touch blue guy next to them? besides, re: your question - the more effective intense something is the a lot less intense I take it. I have an inverted attitude. Funerals should be humorous, dammit! you should chuckle about getting fired. although, dropping the taxi receipt and dreading having to justify why you should get reimbursed $15 although in case you do not have a receipt - it truly is what retains me up at evening.

hi there, I'm a 45 year old female and i started getting the hot flashes about 4 yrs ago (i hated them with a passion). i started practicing Bikram yoga (http://www.bikramyoga.com/) which has balanced my hormones especially estrogen to the point i don't have flashes anymore.
what I've read about any type of hormone that is not naturally produce by your own body provokes breast cancer over a period of 10 yrs from taking additional hormones. good luck
