Women need to talk about emotions and are supposedly equipped to do so; men are not equipped to listen: why?

It isn't that men are NOT equipped to listen it is more the fact that when women try to express ourselves we are already at the point of being overwhelmed so the conversation of us expressing our needs, wants, concerns, etc. tend to be long winded and the conversation goes no where.

So when communicating to a man you need to keep it simple, short and to the point because that is how they think. So it takes more effort on our part to narrow down our thoughts, to translate your point in a clear concise way, but still after all effort you make WHY the response we get back is a two word answer, still leaving us unsatisfied. LOL

But not all men are that way – but many don’t understand a woman’s mentality and what we go through daily, weekly, monthly. I think we will always be at a loss, so that’s why we have our best girlfriends or a gay friend who gets it. LOL

Men do listen to women but women do not know how to communicate with men. I learn that men take you serious if you talking about something major like sex, religion, politics, pass experiences, money, having kids, and marriage. If you just talking about stupid stuff like your friends, getting your hair done, nails or shopping they will block you out.
