ya cuz its disturbing when ppl can watch 24/7. like my granma she has sum mental illness so at 7 every morning she walks in my room without knocking or anything she walks then she asks me, are u awake yet? im like no duh im awake im changing. cuz ususlally at seven i change. so its disturbing having ppl walk randomly into ur room. and i have like a boyfriend and my parents dont want me to have a relationship with a guy yet so...sumtimes if we go on a date, i write in my diary wut happens cuz i want to remember it. if i didnt have privacy, my parents wud find out and id be in so much sh*t. along with that my mom if she notices that i didnt sign out of my email she just reads my emails. im like arrgh freg. so yes privacy is VERY VERY important to me.

Even if it is important, cameras are everywhere, the police can trace your location with your phone... the internet is practically a disease when it comes to privacy issues.

Some type of privacy is called modesty .
