at work we have a quoata,when me and my buds fill our quotas,we play WOW what do you do?

I don't know...I worked for places before that I had to meet a certian quota, but they made us to continue working. By the sounds of it you and your friends are pretty fast, maybe you should speak with the CEO to see if he couldn't give you piece work.
