Well, I'd say yea it's probably wrong that she did that while on school because like you said if you aren't allowed to do that on school grounds and were caught, both of you would get into trouble. I'd suggest letting her know if she feels that strongly to do those things with her to at least suggest doing it off of school grouds so that at least you two wouldn't get in trouble if it happened again. Judging by the action though it seems like she is ready to have sex with you or close to it, so as for what you should do, that's up to you. If you think you are ready for that and suggest doing that in a more private setting then be aware that's probably what might happen. If you aren't ready then you'll have to let her know somehow that you aren't.
