I know it's quite difficult to have poetry published in the US because so many ppl write poetry and there is no virtually no money to be made. But does anyone know an agent/agency or any publishers for poetry and do you know how to go about having poetry published thanks.

Get a book called Poet's Market. Most libraries carry it in the reference section. You can also get Writer's Market, which carries poetry publishers in the back of the book.
Both these books list publisher's, addresses, what type of material they're looking for, how to get sample copies, how much it pays, submission guidelines, and whether or not you need an agent. Good luck.

If you are a teen, try reading the book "Your Name in Print". It may give you tips. Try writing to a published author and ask for pointers.
