There are people in my community who use and sell drugs, but I haven't noticed the other issues you expressed....

Yes, my city has gang problems. It used to be a nice small town in So. Cal. It's grown quite a bit over the last three years and so have the problems. This last year there were three murders due to gang violence. These crimes were committed right in public against high school kids who were not in gangs. It's been very sickening. 70 plus points

umm just because you have graffiti in your neighborhood doesn't mean its gang related its just that you have allot of graffiti artist in Ur area like mine freight trains are around allot were i live so katz tag and do pieces allot around the city.
cell phones by youth is well common ( mainly in a rich environment).
and most people nowadays

I had to read too much for this question.. But I will say yes, but the community leaders say no because they want the housing prices to stay high, and they smile collect their paycheck..

No problems. I live in a small farming community of about 1,200 and it is relatively quiet.

My city of around 50,000 is less than 20. I would imagine drugs can be found anywhere.

No I live in a small place and we haven't had any trouble with gangs as of yet.
