I recommend you go to the Small Business Administration (SBA). They are listed in the phone book. There, you will find retired entepreneurs with lots of experience and advice to assist you in creating your business plan. Their services are free to the public. You can also take community college courses to learn more about the "ins and outs" of being a successful business owner.
