I recommend you go to the Small Business Administration (SBA). They are listed in the phone book. There, you will find retired entepreneurs with lots of experience and advice to assist you in creating your business plan. Their services are free to the public. You can also take community college courses to learn more about the "ins and outs" of being a successful business owner.

well, if you need a loan apply for a business loan, because that will be the most difficult, then apply for a business license, then pay your taxes and walla! have fun,
