PITTSBURGH , PA ..I LIVE LIKE 23 MILES SOUTHWEST , OF IT , AND THERES ALOT OF JOBS .

I assume you want to have fun! Pittsburgh's great- Andy Warhol, good beers, a beautiful city. Philadelphia's also terrific -- philly steak, zoo, Barnes, etc.
My vote - Pittsburgh! But you won't lose either way.

philly just because its the bigger city in penn and it should have more job offerings... or the capital to work for the government
