Keep it really simple. Buy him a lightly romantic card or a "friendship" card (or make one), accompanied by a small-to-medium box of chocolates or an inexpensive book, CD, or video about a subject he likes. Maybe a single flower, too.

the things you know he likes...my baby really like watches so i get him that...likes music...so i get music artists that he likes...nothing to big n expensive....it hasn't been more than a month. So stay on the safe side so if it doesn't work, nothing really is lost... ^_^
