Wool pants in or out???

I have an interview at an hospital for a volutneer position. I wante to wear a blue shirt, a tie, and dark dark gray wool pants. Is the wool pants too far?

good wool pants are never out of style. classic and simple and a sign of being well put together. all of my dad's and brother's suits and dress slacks are wool.
